Welcoming Facilities
Catherine often hears from clients that hospitals and clinics can be daunting places. Meeting in a comfortable and convenient location enables us to complete the best possible assessment and/or treatment. Catherine uses accessible community locations within Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Where possible Catherine also offers Microsoft Teams sessions, as well as phone and email support because she recognizes that this can be more convenient, and it also helps to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing any unnecessary travel.

Joining you on your journey

Catherine understands how difficult it can be for clients embarking on a journey of psychological assessment and treatment. She will stay with you for every step of the journey, answering any questions that you have. Catherine aims to be as transparent with you as possible.

You will receive a comprehensive discharge report that will have been checked with you first. This is important as it allows you all to have a written summary of what was discussed.

Helping you make sense

From our experience of working with children and young people, families like to feel included so that together we can start to make sense of their circumstances. Catherine involves family members where possible, and with the young person's consent, to ensure that, when the psychological work has ended the family can continue to support one another.

At your pace

Catherine aims to identify your goals early on, so that a focused and individually tailored assessment and/or intervention can be offered. This enables you to receive the best support as early as possible, which we believe reduces the likelihood of future difficulties arising.

Timely Support

Catherine gets that often people's lifestyles are stressful and busy, which can bring lots of worries which can have a detrimental impact on well-being. She aims to work alongside individuals and families to enable some peace of mind as quickly as possible.
